About The Position

This highly motivated individual, as part of the Evero department, will be responsible for filling molds with mixed material and applying the material to a specified thickness. This position will operate the pour machines, clean all equipment and molds, and remove the finished products at the correct temperature before that product is placed in heat treatment. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 1+ years experience working in the composite industry
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Places tubes, inserts and tongues into the mold.
  • Proficient in all Standard Operating Procedures for department.
  • Proficient in mold and part number recognition.
  • Proficient in scrap out procedures.
  • Responsible for safely rigging and operating the cranes.
  • Knowledge of quality standards of each mold.
  • Acquires and reads blueprints.
  • Creates labels & moves tickets.
  • Proficient level demolder for each part.
  • Helps train department employees.
  • Resolves minor production issues.
  • Proficient at required equipment setups.
  • Ensures production schedules are met.
  • Proficient within applicable computer & scanning operations.
  • Meets productivity expectations.
  • Knowledge of proper hazardous waste disposal.
  • Proficient understanding of department specific tools.
  • Sustains inventory and parts replenishment system.
  • Follows bill of materials and prints shop papers.
  • Completes industrial lift truck certifications (as needed).
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members across departments.
  • Helps support other department functions as needed.
  • Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.
