About The Position

Molder Core Maker – WAF 1st Shift It All Begins With Sand — and the People Who Shape It. Before molten aluminum is poured, before sparks fly, and before massive equipment or everyday products come to life, there’s a critical step most people never see. At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, our Molder Core Makers build the sand molds and cores that control where our molten aluminum flows, how it cools, and how strong the final casting becomes. Every curve, cavity, and passage starts in your hands. When the metal is poured, it follows the path you created—turning sand into the blueprint for parts used in heavy equipment, agriculture, and transportation across the country.
