Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Pull preventive maintenance on molds and tooling.
  • Be able to change out components on ejection plastic molds.
  • Ability to use polishing stones and part washers.
  • Ability to drive lift truck.
  • Able to use Voltmeter and shop equipment.
  • Able to use the overhead crane to move molds and components.
  • Able to disassemble and reassemble molds etc.
  • Must be able to identify tool damage and make minor repairs with assistance from toolmakers.
  • Adherence to all-appropriate safety practices and procedures.
  • Works closely with Lead and Senior Techs.
  • Supports the established Quality Policy
  • Fulfills role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructions.
