If you’re a skilled technician with welding experience and a passion for precision work, we want you on our team. As a Mold Shop Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining production-ready molds while supporting safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (required)
Experience with mold maintenance, repair, or similar mechanical work
Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain certification)
Ability to read measurements, use gauges, and perform precision work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of manufacturing or rotomolding processes preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain molds to meet customer, production, and quality requirements
Perform mold repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Collaborate with Engineering on new molds, revisions, and improvements
Support production teams to ensure high-quality output during runs
Monitor and minimize mold repair costs alongside Mold Shop leadership
Schedule maintenance activities to maximize productivity and reduce overtime
Train associates on mold care and preventative practices
Maintain a clean, organized, “world-class” work environment
Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards and lockout/tagout practices
