About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mold Setter with injection molding experience to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who can work independently while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required (injection molding preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Set up and change molds on injection molding machines
- Adjust machine settings to meet quality standards and optimize cycle times
- Start and monitor robotic equipment; make minor program adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts and monitor production to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and report defects or production issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
