About The Position
This is an experienced level position for a Mold Setter on the 1st shift. The role involves performing mold changes on machines, including installation and removal, setting up injection molds, troubleshooting machine and mold complications, and performing maintenance and minor repairs on molds. The individual in this role is responsible for supplying their own tools and must have strong attention to detail and a safety-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Must be able to be Tow Motor and Lock Out certified
- Must have good attendance record
- Must be able to climb, twist, turn, and kneel continuously
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
Nice To Haves
- Prior mold or die maintenance experience
- Crane experience
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Strong mechanical skills
