About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Mold Setter to join our molding operation at our Tullahoma, TN plant. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual who is comfortable working with molds, tooling, and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work shift for this role is Monday through Friday, 5:00AM– 1:30PM.

Requirements

• One year or more of previous experience in a Manufacturing plant
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move tooling and mold components safely
• Authorized to work in the US without need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Welding and machining experience is considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and maintain filling injectors
• Repair and maintain aluminum molds
• Drill and tap holes as needed
• Replace seals and perform preventive maintenance
• Install, remove, and set molds in production presses
• Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues
• Work closely with maintenance and production personnel to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
