About The Position

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering is seeking experienced Mold Makers to work on production injection molds. The role involves disassembling and reassembling TH and BH blocks, completing repairs and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and correcting electrical or hot runner system issues, and manufacturing hydraulic and water lines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Night-shift and weekend-shift premiums are offered, along with some flexible schedule arrangements. Applicants must successfully complete pre-employment screening.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of Mold Maker experience on production injection molds.
• Proficiency in general disassembly and reassembly of TH and BH blocks, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and correct electrical or hot runner system issues.
• Ability to manufacture new hydraulic and water lines.
• Proficiency operating a surface grinder, drill press, and engine lathe.
• Experience operating an overhead crane and driving a forklift.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening.
