About The Position

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the Mold Maintenance Technician position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division. This role is responsible for maintaining tools through preventative maintenance and repair, and providing support to manufacturing and maintenance departments.

Requirements

Journeyman level machinist or mold technician equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Must be self-motivated, work well independently, and have excellent time management skills.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Injection Molding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform general and major mold maintenance.
Ensure mold storage requirements are met and maintained.
Complete preventative maintenance on molds and document the process.
Work effectively with metal and non-metals.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and symbols.
Understand basic mechanics, lubricants, bearings, pumps, and power transmission equipment.
