About The Position
Mold Maintenance Technician is responsible for removing, reinserting, and ensuring all molds are in excellent working condition.
Requirements
- Experience in a position demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Must be available for short-notice overtime and work weekends when necessary.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment while in the plant.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Accurate attendance is required.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Remove and reinstall molds as needed.
- Inspect molds for damage and communicate with direct management damage to molds.
- Ensure all molds are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized department including but not limited to workspace, mold storage, and mold maintenance cage
- Assist with occasional production support when production workload is heavy.
- Report any lost or damaged tools to management.
