Requirements

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitasking and working as a team
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment
• Proven ability to deliver on time in full, influencing other departments to support achievement of objectives

Responsibilities

• Inspect molds for wear, damage, and cleanliness before and after production to ensure quality castings and safe operation.
• Prepare, stage, and assemble molds according to production schedules, working closely with melt, molding, and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow foundry safety procedures and perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inventory tracking of molds and related tooling to support efficient production.
