About The Position

This position is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, minor repair, lubrication, and reassembly of molds and dies. The core hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $21.90 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

• Experience using inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, etc.)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a multiple process-manufacturing environment
• Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national; U.S. lawful, permanent resident; refugee; or asylee) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Machining apprenticeship or two years of work experience in a machine shop

Responsibilities

• Assembles and disassembles molds; cleans, repairs, and lubricates
• Maintains a powered industrial truck license
• Maintains a clean work area
• Follows all environmental and waste disposal rules
• Maintains accurate records
• Recognizes and communicates mold problems
• Follows all safety rules
• Performs other duties as assigned
