About The Position
An established, physician-run dermatology practice is hiring a Mohs Surgeon to care for patients at its Goldsboro, North Carolina office, with some time spent at its Knightdale location east of Raleigh. The role combines Mohs micrographic surgery with general dermatology to meet rising demand for skin cancer treatment, with support from experienced physicians and staff. Physicians have a voice in practice operations through physician-elected leadership, committee roles, and twice-yearly retreats. A central support team handles business operations. Compensation includes a starting guarantee, signing bonus, uncapped quarterly productivity bonus, and a path to shareholder status. The position also offers relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, a four- to five-day work week, and health, time-off, and retirement benefits.
Requirements
- Fellowship training through the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS).
- Board certified in dermatology.
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Be a team player who puts patients first and brings a positive, growth-minded outlook.
Responsibilities
