About The Position

An established, well-resourced dermatology organization in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Mohs Surgeon / Dermatologist to join a highly regarded team of dermatology professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys both Mohs surgery and comprehensive dermatology and wants to step into an established practice with meaningful surgical volume, experienced support and room for the Mohs component of the position to continue growing. The incoming surgeon can expect a four-day full-time workweek with two dedicated Mohs surgery days per week initially, and two days of general / medical dermatology with the opportunity to incorporate cosmetics. The position offers approximately 8–10 Mohs cases per surgical day, with opportunity for Mohs volume to expand as patient demand grows. The organization provides experienced clinical and administrative support, including medical assistants and office staff who help maintain efficient daily workflows. Requirements

Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons are encouraged to apply
Physicians with substantial prior Mohs surgery experience are also considered
Candidates not fellowship trained must have demonstrated experience performing Mohs surgery and be fully comfortable managing cases without on-site surgical training or mentorship
Must be interested in building a long-term, full-time practice that combines Mohs surgery with general / medical dermatology and potentially cosmetic dermatology
