About The Position

As a Module Equipment Technician in ORAP, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the functionality and performance of equipment critical to our manufacturing processes. Requirements

HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 1+ year Technical certification or related trade school
HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 2+ years related hands on experience OR military technical experience
HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 1+ in related equip maintenance experience
Associate degree in a STEM related technical field

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools.
Experience in semiconductor equipment, fab maintenance, or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in nonfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install/assemble equipment following layout plans, blueprints, repair manuals, and technical drawings.
Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, coordinating supplier services for repairs when required.
Monitor and analyze equipment data to enhance tool performance and address tool/module-related issues.
Create detailed reports on system failures, update existing specifications, and develop new specifications to support equipment maintenance and performance goals.
Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection activities, always adhering to established procedures.
Support engineering teams in troubleshooting module equipment through data-driven analysis and controlled experiments to meet or exceed performance targets.
Assist in factory ramps, ensuring tools are installed and/or converted per design specifications in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
