You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving advanced manufacturing equipment in a high-tech, cleanroom environment, directly impacting safety, quality, and production performance.

Requirements

HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 1+ year Technical certification or trade school OR HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 2+ years hand on experience including military technical experience OR HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 1+ year semi equip maintenance experience OR Associate degree STEM Related to semi. Mfg.(MET)/STEM (operator)

Nice To Haves

Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment.
Disassemble, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation.
Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment and performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and module performance.
Document system failures; update and create equipment specifications to support maintenance and performance improvements.
Partner with engineering teams to execute experiments, tool configuration changes, and data collection activities.
Support engineering troubleshooting efforts through data analysis and controlled experimentation.
Collaborate with module engineering and construction teams during factory ramps to ensure tools are installed, converted, and qualified per requirements.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards.
