You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving advanced manufacturing equipment in a high-tech, cleanroom environment, directly impacting safety, quality, and production performance.

Requirements

  • HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 1+ year Technical certification or trade school OR HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 2+ years hand on experience including military technical experience OR HS/GED or higher non-semi degree & 1+ year semi equip maintenance experience OR Associate degree STEM Related to semi. Mfg.(MET)/STEM (operator)

  • Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • Disassemble, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment and performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and module performance.
  • Document system failures; update and create equipment specifications to support maintenance and performance improvements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute experiments, tool configuration changes, and data collection activities.
  • Support engineering troubleshooting efforts through data analysis and controlled experimentation.
  • Collaborate with module engineering and construction teams during factory ramps to ensure tools are installed, converted, and qualified per requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards.
