You will join a diverse team of junior and experienced engineers managing metrology tools and processes in a dynamic semiconductor environment, while serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external customers, and field service engineers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: You will drive day-to-day operational excellence by ensuring optimal team coverage, meeting established KPIs, and implementing efficiency enhancement initiatives, while simultaneously leading long-term strategic projects including customer collaborations, tool installations, and internal improvements with systematic follow-up protocols. Your role encompasses maintaining rigorous standards for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation, staying current with emerging scientific developments in metrology, contributing to technology roadmaps and capacity planning, and collaborating cross-functionally to strategically position both your team and the fabrication facility for future technological challenges and opportunities.
