Requirements
- Confident, persuasive, and competitive by nature
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred – able to connect with a broader customer base
- Sales experience is a plus, but drive and attitude matter more

- Ability to build rapport, control the conversation, and close
Responsibilities
- Engage and convert inbound and onsite buyers into homeowners
- Take full ownership of the sales process from first conversation to close
- Build urgency, confidence, and trust with every customer interaction
- Follow a proven sales system while bringing your own personality and drive
- Develop leadership skills as you prepare to step into a Sales Manager role
