About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is one of the fastest-growing housing retailers in the nation and a direct retailer for Champion Homes. This role is for ambitious sales professionals who want uncapped income, recognition for performance, authority and influence, and a fast track to Sales Manager and General Manager. This is high-ticket, consultative sales with real earning power, where the sales consultant will own the entire customer journey from first conversation to closing table. The ideal candidate is competitive, results-driven, confident, persuasive, energized by face-to-face selling, comfortable with social media, motivated by performance-based income, bilingual in Spanish and English, coachable, and hungry for advancement. Sales experience is preferred, but drive and coachability matter more than tenure.
