Modular Construction Project Manager - Manufacturing Environment
About The Position
This role leads construction project execution inside a controlled manufacturing environment — not traditional field‑site management. You will coordinate residential and commercial modular building projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role is fully on‑site in Henderson, NV, and relocation assistance is available within the 48 contiguous states. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization and hands‑on experience in construction management of buildings.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management
- Strong background in construction site coordination or manufacturing‑based construction
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Demonstrated leadership skills in fast‑paced environments
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- U.S. work authorization
- Hands‑on experience in construction management of buildings

- Valid driver’s license preferred for multi‑site visits
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation
- Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively
- Supervise on‑site manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency
- Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a high‑performance culture
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and customer standards
- Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
