This role will support our Modernization business and manage commercial elevator construction projects in the Marietta, GA area. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety and compliance on worksites, utilize project management tools, identify risks and opportunities, and manage project finances including cash flow, budget, and forecasting.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience
Experience with Microsoft Project or SAP
Sound financial acumen, such as managing cash flow of budget and forecasting
Ability to pick up risks/opportunities through outlets such as contracts, on sites, etc.

Maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule
Tracking the status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.)
Procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors)
Ensuring quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and acting on punch-list items
Managing cash flow of budget and forecasting
Auditing compliance
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
