About The Position
Modern Work & Copilot Consultant Do you want to help organizations work smarter, more efficiently, and more productively with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI? Do you get energized by translating technological possibilities into concrete business value and guiding organizations through the future of work? Then we would like to get to know you. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Modern Work & Copilot Consultant who helps organizations get more value out of their Microsoft investments. In this role, you combine substantive consultancy, technology, change management, and user adoption. You not only help clients with the implementation of Microsoft solutions, but especially with realizing productivity improvements, more efficient collaboration, and successful AI deployment within the organization. Your role Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI are fundamentally changing how employees find information, collaborate, and perform daily tasks. Based on our expertise in strategy, transformation, and technology, we help organizations successfully leverage these developments. As a Modern Work & Copilot Consultant, you guide clients in developing their modern workplace strategy, optimizing digital collaboration, and responsibly deploying AI within their organization. You help clients not only to implement Copilot and Microsoft 365 technically, but especially to use them effectively to increase productivity and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to ensure that new technologies are truly embraced and contribute to better results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within Microsoft 365, Modern Work, or digital transformation
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Copilot, or Purview
- Affinity with AI, Copilot, and productivity improvement within organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with workshops, change processes, or adoption programs is a plus
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate technology into concrete business value
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the modern digital workplace
- Actively contributing to implementations and digital transformation programs
- Acting as a trusted advisor for business and IT stakeholders
- Developing roadmaps, business cases, and adoption strategies
- Guiding organizations through Copilot-readiness trajectories
- Advising on governance, security, and compliance related to AI
- Developing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and adoption programs
- Helping organizations deploy Copilot effectively, safely, and responsibly
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency with AI
- Designing and optimizing modern collaboration environments
- Advising on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva
- Supporting digital workplace transformations
- Improving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and information provision
- Achieving measurable productivity improvements within organizations
- Contributing to propositions around Modern Work, Copilot, and AI
- Representing BearingPoint during events and client meetings
- Identifying market developments and translating them into new services
