About The Position

ACDS is seeking a detailed oriented and customer-focused Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Intake Coordinator who is well versed to support the administration of affordable housing programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring compliance with Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) and related housing program requirements. The Intake Coordinator will guide applicants through the process, verify eligibility, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support equitable access to housing opportunities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Housing Management, Social Services or a closely related field with relevant work experience or any equivalent combination of; training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in affordable housing, program administration, intake coordination, case management, or customer service.
  • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and overall computer literacy
  • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed
