Assist Special Education Department Directors with all aspects of supporting Mild/Moderate staff and students, including planning, implementation, coaching, and training. Provide support in recruiting and retaining Mild/Moderate staff. Monitor the effectiveness of program practices and support professional development and provide student support in schools at the request of teams and Directors. Also conduct professional evaluations of students at the request of SPED Directors and complete all aspects of a research based and reliable evaluation, and provide defensible evaluations following best practices in the field of Special Education.
