About The Position

We are seeking analysis-driven candidates to join Peraton’s dynamic Performance Engineering and Analysis team, a recognized Intelligence Community leader with decades of expertise in providing customers with data-driven analysis shaping the architecture of the future. Come join our team in exciting analysis crossing agency boundaries and providing solutions, which address the exponential growth in GEOINT data in the context of modernizing infrastructure, content, CONOPS, services, and cloud-enabled tools and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • Junior-level working system engineering experience in government or industry.
  • Experience with data analysis and scientific computing tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar) to process large datasets, perform statistical modeling, and generate data visualizations.
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering Experience and languages.
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Frameworks.
  • Working knowledge in the field of geospatial intelligence.
  • Experience developing ETL pipelines and working with AWS datalakes
  • Experience with dashboarding or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Shiny, Dash, Streamlit, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance models and analytical tools while building and updating data‑ingestion, processing, and integration capabilities across multiple modeling and simulation environments.
  • Process, analyze, and visualize large volumes of historical and forecast model data using advanced predictive algorithms to identify trends, and build visualization dashboards that clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply modeling approaches that support customers’ architectures, requirements, system performance assessments, and long‑term GEOINT strategies, including analyses of alternatives, design and performance trades.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively through collaboration, regular reporting, and effective briefings to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
