About The Position

As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will resolve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. This role is more than just coding. You’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Requirements

Experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Modeling and Simulation.
Experience with C or C++.
Experience with mathematics or engineering.
Knowledge of radar systems at both the waveform and radar range equation level.
Ability to display a self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
Developing software and systems from vision to production-ready.
Creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
Developing models, scenarios, and plugins in AFSIM.
Working with radar systems at both the waveform and radar range equation level.
