About The Position

As a modeling and simulation (M&S) engineer on our team, you will develop classified models of radars, communication systems, and aircraft and conduct analysis using them in a constructive simulation of combat operations. Our multi-disciplinary team of STEM professionals operates in small groups where your contributions matter. You will also interact with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and present technical results that inform stakeholders. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate combat weapon systems, electromagnetic warfare (EW), countermeasures, and more using computer-based analytical tools. Requirements

Experience with engineer-based modeling, simulation, and analyses for the DoW
Experience with programming languages such as C++, Fortran, MATLAB, or Python
Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of radar principles, signal processing, and EW
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice To Haves

Experience modeling and analyzing radars or sensors
Experience with object-oriented programming principles
Experience with Linux and Git, GitHub, or GitLab
Experience scripting or automating using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Knowledge of container technologies, including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
