About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Model Validator to join our team. The Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all models used within our organization. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in model validation or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data analysis
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive validation of all models used within the organization
• Develop and implement testing plans to ensure accuracy and reliability of models
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies found during the validation process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are meeting business requirements
• Document all validation processes and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
• Communicate validation results and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
