About The Position

Riot Hospitality Group, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a premier national hospitality management company dedicated to transforming the restaurant and nightlife landscape into one that provides unique and meaningful experiences for guests. The company manages several brands including Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, and others. This is a general interest application for Model Server (Bottle Server) positions at Riot House Scottsdale. The company will keep applications on file for future opportunities if no immediate openings exist. The role involves developing repeat clientele, booking and executing VIP reservations, providing table maintenance, ensuring service station cleanliness, delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs, making knowledgeable suggestions, recording orders, up-selling, and assisting other associates. Comfort working in a swimsuit is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Be comfortable working in a swim suit.
