About The Position

The Model Cocktail Server is primarily responsible for expediting guests' drink orders and providing beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. This role also involves performing on-stage in comedy acts, photo shoots, and other marketing events to develop and market the brand, and attending activities outside the venue. Additionally, the Model Cocktail Server will actively use social media to engage guests in an immersive and interactive experience, collect money following proper cash handling and comp procedures, focus on developing a personal clientele list, and maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes.

Requirements

• Is 21+ years of age
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Required High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue
• Food and beverage/cocktail service experience
• Two (2) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub

Responsibilities

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
• Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience
• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested
