The Marketing Model Cocktail Server is responsible for serving guests and assisting the Food Server, Bus Person, Bar, and Kitchen teams while providing prompt tableside service and genuine hospitality to everyone. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. This role ensures guests receive an elevated experience in both lounge and dining areas and requires adapting to different guest types, whether dining or enjoying cocktails. The server must maintain professionalism, anticipate guest needs with urgency, and create an upbeat and relaxed environment.
