Requirements

  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge
  • Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems).
  • Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures.
  • Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts.
  • Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews.
