About The Position

Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) is a national hospitality management company focused on creating unique and meaningful guest experiences. They manage various brands including Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, and others. This is a general interest application for Model Bartender positions at Riot House Scottsdale. RHG aims to transform the restaurant and nightlife industry through exceptional customer service and by pushing the boundaries of typical hospitality experiences. Their mission is to continuously improve every hospitality experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Prior bartending experience.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine.
• Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members.
• Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized.
• Monitor guests’ consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
• Occasionally works special events.
