Model Bartender
About The Position
Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is looking for Model Bartenders to join our team! We're searching for candidates who can deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations. This role involves preparing craft cocktails, special requests, pouring beer and wine, taking orders and preparing drinks for guests at the bar, and completing ticket orders rung in by other team members. The Model Bartender will also be responsible for keeping the bar clean, tidy, and organized, monitoring guests' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service, and assisting other associates as needed to meet guest needs. Occasional work at special events is also part of the role.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Prior bartending experience.
- Prior nightclub experience.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
- Be comfortable working in swimwear.
Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine.
- Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members.
- Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized.
- Monitor guests’ consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve.
- Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
- Occasionally works special events.
