About The Position
Mallory Safety & Supply is currently hiring a Builder to join our ENSA North America team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin! This is a hands-on, dynamic role that combines construction, travel, project coordination, and field support. In this position, you’ll play a critical part in building and supporting ENSA training structures and mobile training environments used across North America. From reading blueprints and sourcing materials to towing trailers and supporting customer events, your work will directly support ENSA’s ability to deliver safe, high-impact training experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable traveling, and takes pride in being dependable and self-driven. You’ll work both independently and alongside the ENSA team to complete projects in the field and at customer locations.
Requirements
- Someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt as projects evolve
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable traveling for work, sometimes for extended periods depending on project schedules
- Ability to tow and back up trailers confidently; experience towing large trailers required
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver Policy
- Comfortable working at heights; climbing and safety equipment training will be provided
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and work in physically active environments with or without accommodation
- Comfortable working in both team settings and independently while traveling
Nice To Haves
- Previous building, construction, fabrication, or hands-on project experience preferred
- Welding experience or knowledge of welding techniques is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the build of training structures and mobile training environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plans
- Travel to customer sites and events to complete build projects and provide onsite support
- Drive long distances while towing a mobile trailer up to 28 feet and 10,000 pounds
- Pick, pull, receive, and organize building materials and equipment
- Build platforms and assist with fabrication and installation work
- Source materials and coordinate with vendors as needed for projects
- Keep track of project schedules, travel logistics, and upcoming work needs
- Complete project paperwork accurately and communicate any design or scope changes
- Assist with facility and shop work as needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing ENSA and Mallory at customer locations and events
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety and climbing trainings
