The role guides successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction. The position analyzes business needs, applies Oracle methodologies and policies, manages project scope and risk, and provides leadership and mentoring to project teams. It works closely with customers as a trusted advisor, influencing leadership decisions and managing expectations. It also supports business development through subject matter expertise and recommends product enhancements to address complex customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.
- Apply Oracle methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations and minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure.
- Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs.
- Use creativity and independent judgment to identify and resolve major issues and risks that affect project success.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
- Influence decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Ensure customer deliverables are acceptable and work closely with customers to understand and manage project expectations.
- Enable business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise.
- Manage the scope of medium to large-scale projects and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
- Guide successful implementation of integrated business solutions, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery within budget and to customer satisfaction.
