The Mobilization Manager is responsible for transitioning programs from self-operated or competitor-managed operations to Aramark standards and programs. This role ensures the full and compliant implementation of Aramark’s standards, programs, procedures, and policies related to patient services and/or retail services. Responsibilities include oversight of menus and recipes; service standards; brand image; communication materials for menu distribution and display; and the effective use of technology platforms supporting patient and guest meal ordering, tray assembly, and delivery. The Mobilization Manager is accountable for the overall success of the transition process, including effectiveness, timeliness, and the achievement of intended business outcomes for patient dining and/or retail program implementations.
