About The Position

Internship Summary: The Field Mobilization Intern will assist the Director of Field Mobilization to engage our appointees, field leaders, and mobilization personnel using our internal mobilization platform, Atlas. They will collaborate in the building of the Marketplace Ministries industry group to inspire and equip the Pioneers movement in how to utilize business in cross-cultural church planting. Internship Program Expectations May 26 – July 31 10 weeks in Orlando, FL serving the US-Mobilization Base. 30 hours per week This is an unpaid internship Housing is provided by the program Interns must provide their own transportation to and from the office Intern Orientation Intern Debrief/Final Week 6 hours of in-person coaching over the course of the internship

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Field Mobilization and the Director of Marketplace Ministries to create a mobilization network using our internal database.
Connect with field leaders, international mobilizers, and appointees to learn how we can better mobilize workers to our teams.
Assist with the hosting of the Storytelling Lab, a Field Mobilization training focused on equipping our members to tell impactful stories for God's glory.
