Safely transport PACE clients using well-maintained, wheelchair-accessible vans and buses. Assist clients with boarding and off-boarding, including operation of electric wheelchair lifts. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment at all times. Interact with clients, families, facility staff, and co-workers with patience and professionalism. Provide timely transport to the PACE center and scheduled medical appointments.
