About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Specialist to own the tactical, end-to-end delivery of domestic and international relocations for our US employee population. You will manage moves from initiation through completion, administer US mobility policies and allowances, and oversee mobility vendors to ensure cases progress smoothly. This is a hands-on operational role in a fast-moving, still-evolving environment, with the potential to support additional locations and regions as Nscale’s footprint grows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing mobility or relocation vendors, driving case progress, resolving service issues, and holding partners accountable for delivery.
  • Openness to taking on additional locations or regions as the business grows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working alongside an in-house Immigration Specialist or team.
  • Exposure to mobility outside the US, such as the UK, EMEA, or APAC, or an interest in growing into a broader regional remit.
  • Experience in the data center, infrastructure, or technical workforce sectors.
  • Experience managing mobility vendors or EOR providers.
  • Familiarity with global immigration frameworks and the intersection of mobility and immigration.
  • Strong experience with data reporting and program metrics.

  • Oversee mobility vendors: Lead day-to-day coordination with relocation and mobility vendors, including case initiation, service delivery, tracking, issue resolution, and accountability for a high-quality employee experience. Partner with the US Immigration Specialist when a move also involves immigration support.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences: Provide empathetic, clear, and timely guidance to employees navigating sensitive, high-stakes moves.
  • Build the program: Apply and help refine mobility tracking systems, policies, and processes as the program matures. Contribute on-the-ground feedback to improve playbooks for future expansion and M&A activity.
