Mobile X-Ray Technologist (ARRT/CRT)
About The Position
Mantro Mobile Imaging is a growing mobile diagnostic imaging company serving healthcare providers throughout Southern California. We bring high-quality portable imaging directly to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and residential patients. Our technologists enjoy the independence of working in the field while being supported by an experienced intake, dispatch, and operations team that keeps the day organized and running smoothly. As a Mobile X-Ray Technologist, you'll travel throughout your assigned territory performing portable diagnostic X-ray examinations in various healthcare settings. Every day is different. You'll meet new patients, work independently, and provide essential diagnostic imaging for individuals who often cannot travel to an imaging center. You'll remain connected throughout the day with our dispatch and operations teams, who coordinate scheduling, routing, and communication so you can stay focused on patient care.
Requirements
- Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
- Current ARRT (Radiography) certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely transport and operate portable X-ray equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
- Strong patient positioning and radiographic technique
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Perform portable diagnostic X-ray examinations within California scope of practice
- Perform EKG examinations when ordered with an eligible X-ray visit
- Verify physician orders, patient identity, examination details, clinical history, and laterality
- Safely position elderly, medically fragile, bariatric, and mobility-limited patients
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images using portable digital radiography equipment
- Upload studies and complete documentation accurately and promptly
- Communicate professionally with facilities, patients, providers, dispatch, and operations
- Maintain HIPAA, radiation safety, infection control, and company standards
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, portable imaging equipment, and supplies
- Report equipment or vehicle concerns promptly
