Competitive pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience) Day shift: Monday–Friday Home daily Overtime pay after 40 hours Quarterly safety & performance bonuses (after 90 days) Bi-weekly pay Clothing & boot allowance (after 90 days) Paid holidays & vacation 401(k) after 1 year Job Summary As a Mobile Trailer Mechanic, you will travel to customer sites in a mobile service truck to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on tractor trailer equipment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, safety-conscious trailer mechanic who enjoys working independently, outdoors, and directly supporting fleet operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping our customers’ trailers and fleets on the road by delivering high-quality, timely repairs in the field.

Requirements

• Trailer repair experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to be on-call

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair truck and trailer systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements
• Operate and maintain a mobile service truck
• Ensure compliance with all safety and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
• Weekend and on-call availability as needed
