About The Position
Chop Tree Service is expanding its fleet maintenance department to keep up with our growth! This position offers weekly pay, a very flexible schedule providing a convenient work/life balance, and the ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. A maintenance vehicle equipped with the necessary tools for services and inspections will be provided for you to drive to and from home. The Mobile Preventive Maintenance/Inspection Specialist is responsible for maintaining our fleet by completing thorough inspections to allow proactive and predictive repair strategies in the field. We offer the best maintenance culture around! Our technicians are key contributors to the repair and daily operation decisions we make, and we will repair anything within our capabilities in-house. With over 75 years of combined experience on our team, there is plenty of repair knowledge shared among us every day to support your success!
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Reasonable driving record.
- Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain).
- Heavy truck repair basics.
- Auto repair basics.
- Equipment repair basics.
- Self-starter.
- Team oriented.
- Reliability.
Nice To Haves
- Some shop/field repair experience.
- Computer/tablet experience.
