As a Mobile Tactical Security Guard for our parking facilities, you’ll be the steady presence people count on — ensuring safety, providing support, and protecting public spaces with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

Authorization to work in Canada
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved
Valid Ontario Driver's License (G Class Level)
Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts
Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions
Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population

Nice To Haves

Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience

Responsibilities

Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction
Work in the heart of Downtown Toronto across different parking facilities
De-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awareness
Act as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrive
Patrol parking environments — including parking lots, stairwells, and exteriors — to maintain a visible and reassuring presence
Monitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptly
Deliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concerns
Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as required
