About The Position

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are looking for mobile engineers to architect the health transformation, building the mobile foundation that becomes a trusted daily health partner for millions of members worldwide. You will drive impact across engineering excellence, crafting beautiful and delightful experiences, and enabling globalization at scale. You will also contribute to the health mission by transforming how members engage with health, unlocking smarter health insights, making wellness irresistible, and strengthening member trust.

Requirements

At least two years of mobile development experience.
Strong experience in React Native, Expo, and iOS or Android development.
Hands-on experience building and deploying mobile apps across multiple markets, navigating the complexities of the app stores and real-world production environments.
Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Enthusiasm about teamwork, genuinely excited about learning from others and sharing knowledge with your peers.
Fluent in English.
Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

Nice To Haves

Worked across iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin).
Understand platform-specific nuances, and know how to optimise performance and implement platform-specific solutions when needed.
