Requirements

• Passionate and results-driven: someone who can cut through complexity, prioritize what matters, and make sound decisions in a wide range of situations to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Communicate confidently in both English and French in a professional setting.
• Solid experience with React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), and you're excited about the prospect of exploring and mastering both approaches.
• Solid understanding of the iOS and Android platforms and the constraints specific to mobile development.
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, use it responsibly in your day-to-day workflows, and are comfortable with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Consistently shown autonomy and initiative throughout your career, and both your technical abilities and your collaborative nature make the people around you better.
• Deep, well-rounded command of software development and architecture fundamentals, knowledge built through years of meaningful, real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and delivery of world-class cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
• Fully commit with your team to driving projects from idea to delivery, never losing sight of quality and efficiency.
• Show up fully in agile ceremonies and technical discussions, bringing your expertise and perspective to shape product direction, whatever your role on the team.
• Proactively surface opportunities for improvement and champion innovative solutions that push projects forward.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and responsibly to sharpen your productivity and raise the quality of your work.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to craft innovative, high-quality user experiences.
• Engage directly with clients, presenting technical solutions clearly and guiding teams toward stronger practices.
