Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Truck Driver to join our Transportation and Logistics team.In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport and deliver customer orders and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a flexible schedule split evenly throughout the month: two weeks of local work (Tuesday to Friday, returning home daily) and two weeks of regional travel to remote locations within the province (Tuesday to Friday, with three overnight stays per week).

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class 5 + air brake endorsement driving license and a consistently good driving record.
  • At least 3 years of route transportation experience
  • The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
  • Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders.
  • Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Requires flexibility to assist in the warehouse based on operational needs.
  • A reliable, trustworthy work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
  • Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
