Ford Mobile Service Technician
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a responsible, proactive, and personable Mobile Service Technician to join their fast-paced service department at Kendall Ford Bend. This role involves driving a fully equipped mobile service vehicle to customer locations within the town to perform basic maintenance and Ford recalls. The technician will be responsible for inspecting and replenishing fluids, balancing and rotating tires, performing vehicle inspections, completing basic brake repairs, conducting vehicle diagnostics, and performing software updates. Accurate documentation of all work and hours according to manufacturer and Kendall standards is essential. The position requires providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service at each stop. Requirements
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
- A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
- Previous vehicle maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive a fully equipped mobile service vehicle to in-town locations to perform job duties at customer locations.
- Perform basic maintenance on service vehicles and Ford recalls.
- Inspect, replenish, drain, and fill fluids and lubricants.
- Balance and rotate tires.
- Perform vehicle inspections.
- Complete basic brake repairs.
- Conduct vehicle diagnostics.
- Perform software updates.
- Document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service at every stop.
