About The Position

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team based out of Long Island, NY. This role primarily services Nassau and Suffolk Counties, but will also involve extensive travel. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to fire departments, industrial facilities, and other customer locations to inspect, maintain, repair, and certify Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and other breathing air equipment used by firefighters and emergency responders. This is a customer-facing position, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy solving mechanical problems. You'll work independently, build strong customer relationships, and represent the company professionally at each job site. No SCBA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and certification through an in-depth onboarding program to ensure you're fully prepared for the role. Requirements

Experience as a Firefighter, Field Service Technician, or experience working on compressed air systems, air compressors, breathing air equipment, or similar mechanical equipment.
Customer-facing skills and enjoyment of working with people.
Ability to solve mechanical problems.
