About The Position

Long-Lewis Ford of Muscle Shoals is seeking motivated and skilled technicians for its growing Mobile Service Division. This role offers more freedom, better pay, and less stress compared to traditional dealership technician positions. Technicians will drive a fully equipped service van to customer locations, providing dealership-quality repairs at homes, job sites, and offices in the surrounding area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a technician (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)
• ASE Certification required
• Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Great communication and customer service mindset
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations
• Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication
